Move Forward

Next Step?

Sometimes taking the first step can be difficult, and there are a lot of counsellors to choose from. Please text, telephone or email, and we can arrange an informal no obligation chat to see how we might work together, what you want and how I can help.

Positive Change

“I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change, I am not an ‘expert’ to tell you what to do, I offer you a space and the conditions for you to see things differently, untangle situations and experience positive change”
