Get in TouchMost clients work with me for 6-10 sessions, typically meeting weekly. However, there's no fixed limit - you decide what works best for you. We'll regularly check in to ensure the therapy is helpful and meeting your needs.
You're free to end therapy at any time.
Student counsellors may be eligible for concessions.
